The “Home Inspection” is a “limited visual inspection(s)” of the “Readily Accessible Items Agreed to be Inspected” of the real estate property. 360 Home Inspections, follow the inspection standards put forth by the State of Indiana Home Inspection Licensing Board IC 25-1-11. These are the agreed standards of competent practice for the performance of the inspection.


Pre-Listing (Structural)

A scaled down version of the Whole Home Inspection. Pre-listing inspections help the seller determine if the home is structurally sound and thereby marketable.


New Construction

Gives peace of mind to owners during the building process.


Light Commercial

Whole building inspections for light commercial buildings. This inspections follows many of the same standards for Whole Home Inspections.


Wood Destroying Insects

We are licensed by the state of Indiana for WDO inspections. No need to contact a separate contractor for this service!


RADON TESTING

When scheduling your home inspection let us know if you would like radon testing and we can schedule the testing for you with one of our partners.


This test assist in testing for leaks in septic systems with lateral fields. This test can help in determining the health of a septic system.
