From a young boy up Chad has been around the constructions trades and has extensive experience in poured concrete foundations. Having seen a wide range of construction systems and having observed their strengths and weaknesses he is in a unique position to understand which building defects are serious and which are not as serious. Chad believes that technology and building experience are indispensable in providing the client with a reliable and comprehensive report that is clear and focuses on pertinent issues.
